Jen has been coaching for 21 years, does private lessons, and Training Teams.  She is CAP I and Impact certified.  She was a featured speaker on the “talking volleyball“ podcast and an active member of the AVCA.  She has GCCYS coaching experience at Saint Columban, Saint Barts, and Saint Vivian, and was a 2018 first recipient of GCCYS‘s Coach of the Year Award.  She has club coaching experience at Elevation, CVA, and Arsenal.  Her teams always finish in the top teams at OVR regionals.  She has been with P&G for 24 years, is currently a Director of Data Science, also with a background in chemical engineering where she has 17 patents for Product Development work.

Lauryn played volleyball for 9 years, including 8 years of club.  During her club season, her team won OVR 3 consecutive years.  She's currently a Dean's List student at the University of Cincinnati, studying criminal justice.

Nicki started playing volleyball at a young age and was a National Team member of Blue Chip Volleyball Club from the ages of 14-18.  She continued playing volleyball at McAuley High School and went on to become a 4-year varsity starter at John Carroll University, where she was an Academic All-American, member of NCAA Sweet 16 and Elite 8 teams, and is a member of the John Carroll University Athletic Hall of Fame.  She has coached both boys and girls at the high school level at Purcell Marian High School and has coached for a variety of club teams including Blue Chip, Cincy Classics, and Cincy VBC.  This is her fifth season coaching with Arsenal.

Sara is entering her first season of coaching with Arsenal. She enjoyed coaching younger kids the past several years. Sara played both high school and club volleyball growing up. She graduated with a master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia and practices as a nurse anesthetist at several area hospitals.  She has a husband, four kids, and is excited to start this next club season!.

Eddie is entering his first season of coaching with Arsenal. He enjoyed coaching 4th and 5th graders in the Lakota Future Hawks system. He graduated with a master’s degree in elementary education and currently teaches 5th grade math. Eddie is married and has two children, both who play volleyball. He is looking forward to a fantastic club season this year!

Dave played volleyball since sophomore year in high school, continuing his love of the game in college. While earning his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering at Cornell University, he led their Division 2 club team as a libero and captain. Since then, he competed on several men’s 6s, co-ed 6s, and co-ed 4s teams. He’s coaching at CrossFit Blue Ash as a Certified Level 2 CrossFit coach. When not helping, shuttling, or watching his three kids in their sports (gymnastics, swimming, and volleyball), he is working at Procter & Gamble, where he’s been for 21 years and is currently R&D Director for Oral Care products.

Allison played volleyball and was coached by her mother 3rd through 8th grade at St. John the Baptist. She also played club volleyball at Team Z from middle school through high school. Allison coached elementary school, middle school, and high school level volleyball. She is currently the Girl’s JV coach at Badin High School. Allison still actively plays volleyball on a co-ed team and is very excited about coaching club volleyball! Allison is a physical therapist at Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.

Lauren played club and high school volleyball and continues to play in adult leagues. She has coached many years in the GCCYS league with boys and girls teams, winning both league and tournament championships. Lauren enjoys teaching the sport and stays busy with her five children, one of whom currently plays high school volleyball.

Krista has a love for all things volleyball! She has been playing since she was 11, including club throughout middle and high school, and varsity all 4 years of high school.  She was awarded MVP -All Tournament Team for the Mary Jo Memorial Classic in 2015.  Krista has continued experienced playing for UC Clermont.  She has coaching experience with Arsenal and TRCAA - a youth community volleyball league in Cleves for the last 4 years.  She continues to play 2-3 days a week in competitive leagues throughout Cincinnati.  Beyond volleyball, Krista owns a rental property in Fairfield and works at Excess & Surplus Insurance. She is raising 2 children, Maddie & Caiden, and two giant but lovable German shepherds.

Heather is in her 4th year coaching at Arsenal and is excited to coach the 12-1 team this year. Prior to coaching at the club level Heather spent many years coaching a variety of teams and age levels in the GCCYS league right after her school career ended. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and is an Intervention Specialist for Hamilton City Schools. Heather looks forward to coaching this year with her all-time favorite coaching partner, her daughter Bailey.

Bailey is a senior in high school who is preparing her for 4th season as a coach at Arsenal. Bailey began playing volleyball in 3rd grade and has been playing club at Arsenal since she was 10 years old. When not playing indoor volleyball, you are likely to find Bailey playing beach volleyball.  Bailey started and ran Arsenal's first beach program at our new location in Monroe.  She is excited to get started with this season!

Jennifer is new to the Arsenal coaching family this year.  She played four years of varsity volleyball for Lebanon High School and was recently named to Lebanon High School Athletics Hall of Fame for volleyball.  Jennifer was a NIRSA All-American collegiate club volleyball player for Miami University Women’s Club team and coached Miami University Men’s Club Volleyball.  She spent the past five years coaching youth volleyball teams for Lebanon and serving as co-coordinator for the organization.  Jennifer has also coached youth lacrosse and serves on the Lebanon Youth Basketball Board. She is currently raising four children (and two dogs) with her husband, Zach.  She holds a BA in Journalism from Miami University and is a certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor.

Gracie is a senior at Lebanon High School and entering her first season coaching at Arsenal. She began playing volleyball in seventh grade and played school and club for six years as a Libero and Defensive Specialist. Gracie is planning on attending college and getting her degree in Education.

Stefanie will be coaching the 13-1 National team for Arsenal this year. This will be her 4th club season at Arsenal. She has experience coaching in the GCCYS for St Julie Billiart, John XXIII, St Joseph Consolidated School, and St Peter in Chains School. She also coached for the last 4 years at Fairfield Creekside Middle School. She has officiated volleyball for 14 years. She enjoys watching her kids play sports and spending time with her family.

Leanna will be the 13-1 National assistant coach this season at Arsenal. This is her 2nd year coaching for Arsenal. She is currently a senior at Fairfield High School in her 4th season as the varsity volleyball team setter. She set a career milestone with 1,000 assists this season for the Indians, also obtaining Player of the Week.  She plans to play on the Arsenal 18-1 National team.

Megan is both an Arsenal alumnus and returning coach for Arsenal.  Currently a freshman at Wittenberg University, this is her third year coaching for Arsenal at the younger age groups.  Before coaching, Megan played volleyball at Arsenal for 5 years at the national level.  She continues her love for volleyball through coaching and is looking forward to this season!

Alexis comes to Arsenal with playing experience at Goshen from middle school throughout high school.  She also played on club teams throughout high school.  Alexis is currently in her first year of college at University of Cincinnati Clermont, studying Pre-nursing. While she is working to get into the BSN program at University of Cincinnati, she is playing as a defensive specialist for UC Clermont's volleyball team. She is super excited for this season to begin!

Jadyn will be head coaching the 14-1 team this year.  She has club head coaching experience in American and National levels at the 14s, 15s, 16s, and 17s age groups at clubs including NKYVC, Positively Charged, and Cincy East.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Mathematics from the University of Cincinnati, where she also played club volleyball.  While at UC, she was a recipient of 3 scholarships: Clermont Leadership Scholarship, Clermont Merit Scholarship, and Chamber of Commerce Scholarship.  She has a deep understanding and appreciation for game analysis and training.  Her organizational skills coupled with her passion for the game make for a reliable coaching experience.

Meredith has been playing volleyball since 3rd grade.  During her club years, she played for Arsenal for 2 years.  Meredith went to Roger Bacon and played all 4 years, gaining experience as a DS and pin hitter.  She is currently a junior at Xavier University studying health services administration, where she also plays on the Xavier women's club volleyball team.  She has always had an interest in coaching club volleyball and is super excited to be coaching this year.

Sable is the current Girls Varsity Head Coach at Carlisle High School.  During her time there, she improved the team's overall record to 10-15 in the first year from 2-21, and led the team to the 3rd round of the post-season tournament for the first time in over 20 years.  She also has club coaching experience at the American level.  She was a certified USAV Volleyball Official at both Indoor and Beach Juniors level from 2012-2015.  She was also a certified OHSAA Volleyball Official from 2012-2015.

This is Anna's second season coaching 14 American at Arsenal.  She is an Arsenal alumnus from our 17-1 team and also played for 3 years at Roger Bacon and 1 year at Lakota East as a middle hitter/blocker.  Anna has additional coaching experience at St. Barts for their 8th Grade girls' team.

Audrey is entering her first season coaching with Arsenal but is far from a stranger as an Arsenal alumnus. At her time playing for Arsenal, she was DS/libero on our National teams from the ages of 14-17.  She also has playing experience as the varsity libero for 3 years in high school.  Audrey volunteered her time coaching recreational teams in her community throughout high school.  She attended many Miami Volleyball games in college that reignited her passion for volleyball.  Audrey just graduated in May of 2023 with her degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and now works full time at 84.51 doing Consulting. She is super excited to start this club season!

Josh is the current Varsity Head Coach at Lebanon.  He also has 3 years of experience as the Varsity Head Coach at Preble Shawnee, with a record of 59-13, 2 league titles, 2-time Coach of the Year for league (WOAC and SWBL), and coach of the year for District 15 division 3.  His coaching expertise also thrives in club volleyball, with experience at Borderline Juniors at both American and National levels.

Bryan coached 14 National at GCVC last year and helped the team achieve medal finishes at several tournaments, including 2nd at OVR Championships.  His 16s team reached 3rd overall at the President's Day Challenge and also had a successful season.  Bryan moved from Minnesota where he played himself competitively.  He coached high school and club volleyball the past 5 years.  He runs a fast offense and a variety of plays that push players' focus, footwork, and mindset to its potential.  His daughter also plays, so he understands the club experience as a parent, too.

Ibby Kauffman is a senior in high school. This is her first year coaching, and she comes to us with experience.  She played school volleyball for 7 years and club for 6.  Her love for the sport has led her into coaching.  She is super excited to get the season started!

Conner was a 4-year starter at Hamilton High School, where he was named 3x All Conference, 3x All Southwest Regional Team, and led his team to its most wins in program history. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in psychology and education.  He has coaching experience at Buckeye Volleyball Club, Arsenal Volleyball Academy, and Hamilton High School.  He coaches and manages our social media.

Dylan holds the all-time kill record at Hamilton High School and is part of the winningest team in program history.  This will be Dylan's third year coaching club and second at Arsenal.  Dylan is a junior at Miami University studying Middle Childhood Education.

Kristi has been playing and coaching volleyball for more than 30 years. She has most recently been the volleyball coordinator and coach for girls and boys volleyball in the GCCYS. She has experience coaching club volleyball for Cincy VBC and at the high school level for McAuley and LaSalle High Schools. Kristi has taught collegiate volleyball as a graduate assistant at Miami University. She has a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati and Masters degree in Exercise and Health Studies from Miami University. She works full time for Ascension. In her free time, Kristi enjoys spending time traveling with her family and watching her two youngest children play club and school volleyball.

Stephanie has been playing volleyball since 3rd grade. She played high school volleyball at Walnut Hills, earning the 2nd Team All-Conference award. Stephanie played club volleyball since 7th grade, competing nationally for 4 years.  She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford in 2023 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Business Management, where she continued her volleyball career on the collegiate team as DS/Libero. She started all 4 years, earning Defensive Specialist of the Week several times. Stephanie is still very active playing volleyball in various coed sand and indoor teams.
