2027 PARENT INFORMATION
Parent Checklist for Accepted Players:
✔️ Join TeamApp. Request access to “Arsenal News and Updates” and your specific team. Your specific team will be available after teams are fulfilled following tryouts, After you login, these groups can be found under the Settings wheel > Access Groups. Required for all teams.
✔️ Review the 2027 Season Arsenal Handbook.
✔️ Be sure to pay your club dues via SportsEngine invoice or check. If you utilize the online payment option on your initial payment, it will default to autopay the remaining dues/payment(s). We are not able to change your card on file on our end, but you should be able to do it on yours by logging into SportsEngine. If you are paying by check, processing fees don't apply and you can mail the check to:

Payments that are due after practices begin in December may be left in the secured drop box during practice hours. The dropbox is located inside next to our office doors (upstairs by the bleachers). Please do not give payments to coaches. Due dates and amounts are on Page 3-4 of the handbook.
✔️ (October 2026) Submit your uniform package request. Required for all teams. Due upon receipt.

✔️ (October 2026) Watch the AVA Parent Info Video. Required for all teams. Coming soon.
✔️ (October 2026) Complete the required Arsenal paperwork through SportsEngine. Required for all teams. Link updated in October.
✔️ (October 2026) Use SportsEngine to register your athlete for her USAV/OVR membership with club affiliation to Arsenal Volleyball Academy. Required for all teams except 9U.
✔️ (October 2026) Register your athlete for her Youth AAU Membership if your team requires it. Be sure to select EXTENDED for coverage. Select YES they are a member of a club & either select Arsenal Volleyball Academy from the drop-down menu -OR- enter “2027 SEASON CODE HERE” as the club code. Required for specific teams based on final tournament schedules.
✔️ (October 2026) Hudl updated their software to incorporate balltime and several upgrades. These upgrades include film back with stats in less than an hour, less errors in stats, and recruiting tools for the older ages. You can now request access to your team's Hudl. Required for National teams ages 12-18.

✔️ (November 2026) Attend the mandatory virtual Meet & Greet via Zoom meeting for your age group. The invite link is available on TeamApp in the Events section. It's only viewable once you're accepted to your specific team's access group.
