2024 PARENT INFORMATION
Parent Checklist:
✔️ Join TeamApp. Request access to “Arsenal News and Updates” and your specific team. After you login, these groups can be found under the Settings wheel > Access Groups.
✔️ Submit your uniform package request.
✔️ Review the Arsenal Handbook.
✔️ Watch the AVA Parent Info Video.
✔️ Complete the required Arsenal paperwork through SportsEngine.
✔️ Use SportsEngine to register your athlete for her USAV/OVR membership with club affiliation to Arsenal Volleyball Academy if your team requires it. This requirement only applies to the following teams: 10U Schutte, 10U Brainard, 10U Gilbert, 11U Schutte, 11U Schuler, 11U Sickles, 11U Lee, 12N Adams, 12U Burns, 12U Bednasz, 12U3, 13N Lawson, 13R Schneider, 13R Lawson, 14N Nuss, 14R Carter, 14R Keene, 15N Evans, 15R Fabelo, 16N Robinson, 16R Carson, and 17N Wilkerson.
✔️ Register your athlete for her Youth AAU Membership if your team requires it. This requirement only applies to the following teams: 10U Schutte, 12N Adams, 13N Lawson, 13N Ross, 13A Alexander, 14N Nuss, 14N Nguyen, 14A McGraw, 15N Evans, 15N Qiao, 15A Asher, 16N Robinson, 16N Miner, 16A Bennett, 17N Wilkerson, 18N Robinson. Be sure to select EXTENDED for coverage (except 10U Schutte which is Regular). Select YES they are a member of a club & either select Arsenal Volleyball Academy from the drop-down menu -OR- enter “W3CTWY” as the club code. Feel free to utilize our Help Video.
✔️ Be sure to pay your club dues via SportsEngine invoice or check. If you utilize the online payment option on your initial payment, it will default to autopay the remaining dues/payment(s). We are not able to change your card on file on our end, but you should be able to do it on yours by logging into SportsEngine. Don't stress if your current invoice has a payment wheel that's spinning and won't process the payment. The latest SportsEngine system bug is causing this to happen, and they are working to resolve it. In the meantime, we're working to issue new invoices and there will not be any late fees charged. If you're trying to pay your invoice online and experiencing an error, email Kellie at kschumacher@arsenalvb.com. Please allow up to a week for us to issue a new invoice. If you are paying by check, you can mail the check to:

Payments that are due January 31 may be left in the secured drop box during practice hours. The dropbox is located inside next to our office doors (upstairs by the bleachers). Please do not give payments to coaches.
✔️ Attend the mandatory virtual Meet & Greet via Zoom meeting for your age group. The invite link is available on TeamApp in the Events section. The invite link was also emailed November 4.
Mandatory Virtual Meet & Greet Dates:
Ages 10-12: Sun, November 19, 6-7PM
Ages 13-14: Sun, November 19, 7-8PM
Ages 15-18: Sun, November 19, 8-9PM
✔️ If you're unable to attend the Meet & Greet, use the form below to submit a request to receive a recording of the meeting.
✔️ Request access to your team's Hudl if your team requires it. This requirement only applies to National teams ages 13+ (13N Lawson, 13N Ross, 14N Nuss, 14N Nguyen, 15N Evans, 15N Qiao, 16N Robinson, 16N Miner, 17N Wilkerson, and 18N Robinson). If you already have a Hudl account and want your Arsenal stats attached to that profile, complete the form using the same email address you currently use for Hudl. If you already have Hudl and want your Arsenal stats on a separate profile, complete the form with a different email address than you use for Hudl. If you don't have a Hudl account yet, complete the form with your email address. You should receive your Hudl access request to the email requested by December 1.
